The vets, techs, and staff are always really nice and helpful. I never feel rushed, and they want to help me find the best solution possible for my pets that makes the most sense--not just the most expensive one. My last visit was with Dr. Emond who was so gentle and sweet with my senior cat. It was also heart-warming to hear that she had spoken with one of the other vets--Dr. Goff--about my cat. It shows that, even for a large practice--they still personally know their patients!
Dr Asa Campfield is the very best. She is extremely wise and has great insight into the cat mind and body! God bless you Dr Campfield I don't know what I would do without you because my cat has special needs. I found her near a trash barrel very wild at 6 months and she has chronic issues. She is very well now but I am grateful for help with her chronic needs.

We had our first vet visit ever here. The team was amazing. Our cat actually had a great time. Our doctor was so talented that our Bubba didn’t even notice he got two shots! No reaction or anything. 10/10, will be going back as long as we live in Arlington.
