Dr Ferguson and the staff at Caring Hands Ashburn are fantastic! I had to get a same day appointment for my dog who wasn’t feeling well. They got me it, diagnosed the problem and did some tests. Sent us home with appropriate medicine and a couple days later my dog was feeling much better. Great experience!
When we had to put my cat down, the staff were so empathetic and caring. It made one of the worst appointments a bit easier. They walked us through it, let us take our time, and sent a condolence card after. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals and the owners and it was truly touching.
The staff is very kind and helpful, they do more than what is ever required. On two occasions the staff saw me coming in with three dogs and came out to my car to assist with the pups. They set the standard for pet care.
My puppy absolutely loves Caring Hands!! She gets so excited when we arrive. Their staff is always so caring and interact with her so well that she didn’t even know she was getting puppy shots. We couldn’t be more pleased with all of the care she receives both when “sick” or healthy!!
