Our goal is to teach children and young adults about responsible pet care and introduce them to the world of veterinary medicine. We welcome groups of all ages and sizes to visit a Caring Hands Animal Hospital location for an immersive, hands-on experience. During the visit, participants will learn about routine physical exams and preventive care while engaging in interactive activities such as examining radiographs, exploring microscopes, and preparing for surgery. If an in-person visit to Arlington, VA isn’t feasible, our team can bring the program to your classroom!
