We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved 17-year-old cat, Ollie, and Caring Hands Animal Hospital was exceptional throughout the entire process. The staff was incredibly caring, supportive, and understanding. They never rushed us, giving us all the time we needed, and handled everything with such compassion and sensitivity. As difficult as the visit was, they made it as comforting and uplifting as possible. We are deeply grateful for their kindness during such a hard time.
