Where are you originally from?
I was born at Fort Knox, KY, but am a military brat in every sense of the word! I moved so many times I lost count!
What are your favorite hobbies/activities?
Spending time w/my husband and girls, watching hockey, interior decorating and making jewelry.
Name a few favorite books/music/movies:
Book: Shel Silverstein, Chronicles of Narnia and Diana Gabaldon Outlander Series
Movies: The Outsiders, most of John Hughes movies before the 90’s, and the Outlander Series.
Music: As long as it isn’t country, rap or the latest teen heartthrob I’m good!
Favorite sports teams or icons:
Sports team: Chicago Blackhawks (Hockey)
Icons: Maya Angelou and poet, Robert Frost.
If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be?
Time travel…into the past…
What special skills do you have?
I have a very good memory and I am a great listener.
How would you describe yourself in three words?
Kind, giving and extremely organized.
Why do you love working at Caring Hands?
To me Caring Hands is not a job, but an extension of family. I love the care and commitment given to our patients and their families. The compassion that is extended and the time that is taken to help those in need is amazing. I am proud to be a part of that. I have also made friends from co-workers and that makes a job so much easier to come to every day!
What’s something about you that most people don’t know?
I dressed mannequins for a living before I started working at Caring Hands.
I graduated high school in Madrid, Spain.
