Dr. Megan Clendenin, associate veterinarian and medical director, graduated from the Virginia-Maryland Regional College of Veterinary Medicine after completing her undergraduate degree at Wake Forest University. Having grown up in Northern Virginia, she is happy to now be raising her own family and practicing medicine here. Her veterinary interests include surgery and senior pet care; recognizing the unique needs of our family members with silver whiskers and tailoring wellness plans and treatments to their specific needs. Outside of work she enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with friends and family. Dr Clendenin and her husband have 2 girls, Brooklyn and Sadie in elementary school, and share their home with 2 cats, Johnny Cade and Soda Pop (bonus points if you catch the literary reference!)
