Natalie Leone – CHAH Ashburn

Where are you originally from?

I was born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and lived there for a while, I’ve also lived in Delaware.  I have been in Virginia the past 10 years.

What are your favorite hobbies/activities?

I love spending time outside and hiking/walking with my dogs, and I’m really into my boxing classes right now.

Name a few favorite books/music/movies:

Most books by Patricia Briggs are my favorite; I definitely love all types of music, and most Tim Burton films.

Favorite sports teams or icons:

Kristen Bell, (technically a celebrity icon) she is a proud supporter of the ASPCA, Mercy for Animals, PETA, Red Cross and UNICEF. And she does really great movies!

If you could be a superhero, what would you want your superpowers to be?

This is going to be cheesy, but I’d definitely love to have healing powers, and maybe telekinesis. I think those two would be cool and could go hand in hand and help in day to day problems with animals and people!

What special skills do you have?

I’m a really great people person, I also learn very quickly when I put my mind to it, and I’m extremely eager to help others when I can

Why do you love working at Caring Hands?

I love CHAH because everyone is so involved, not only in the clients and patients but also in our fellow co-workers!

What’s something about you that most people don’t know?

I am currently attending NOVA for NURSING! Not Animal Science!  I also plan to travel to South Africa in November to volunteer at the Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre.
