Olive & Winston Cartwright – Sphynx
How did you obtain your pet?
We are members of several Sphynx groups on Facebook and have been friends with a reputable breeder for a while who specializes in trying to eradicate the HCM mutation, which is more prevalent in the Sphynx breed.
How old is your pet?
Our guys are almost 1 year old.
What is your pet’s favorite pastime?
Playing, eating and getting into everything they shouldn’t.
What is your pet’s favorite toy?
Olive’s favorite toy is a wooly sock she carries around the house with her. Winston has recently discovered catnip, so anything with catnip on it, he loves.
What is your favorite thing about your pet?
We love how affectionate our cats are, they act more like dogs than cats, they even meet us at the door when we come home. They love to sit with us and they love being wrapped in soft blankets and being held.
If your pet had a super power, what would it be?
They already have a super power! Whenever anyone meets them for the first time our cats have a magical ability to make people fall in love with them instantly.
Why does your pet love Caring Hands Animal Hospital?
Our cats love Dr. Murphy! They love all the staff at Caring Hands because everyone always gives them plenty of attention and tells them that they are adorable. (That is their super power again!)
